Services
Licensed Professional Counselor, Serving Adults in Denver and Truckee
I implement effective psychotherapy methods to help adult individuals in gaining self-understanding and moving toward change. Since opening the doors of my practice in 2015, I have provided clients in Denver and Northern California with a wide range of mental health services. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, relationship issues, life transitions and ADHD.

Individual Therapy
Through our work together, you will gain practical tools for managing the ups and downs of life. You’ll learn mindfulness-based strategies for managing stress and anxiety, while improving your relationships with others.
As a result, you’ll discover more clarity, calm and confidence. You'll feel more balanced and centered in the face of challenges. You’ll also begin to trust in yourself, knowing that there’s nothing you can’t handle.
In my practice, I utilize:
Acceptance and Commitment-Based Therapy (ACT)
Somatic (body-based) Therapy
Mindfulness and guided meditation
Breathing Practices
Yoga Psychology
The work we do will incorporate the latest in neuroscience to directly impact your nervous system. You'll learn how to interrupt the feedback loops that are keeping you stuck and rewire your brain to form healthy habits.
My Story
My path to becoming a counselor was not linear, but here I am. I took a deep dive into my own healing to explore holistic ways to bring the mind and body back into balance.
Along the way I discovered the transformative power of yoga, movement and meditation. It truly changed me.
It is my great honor to walk with you as you courageously confront the challenges in your life. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental space, and together, we will get to the root of the issue.
Getting present is key. With mindfulness training, you'll be able to access the present moment to heal the past. Each session, you'll learn new skills, and I will be there to support you as you integrate them into your daily life.
