What I do

I specialize in helping people find holistic approaches to mental and emotional health. I often work with high-achieving, perfectionistic people who are looking to attain more balance and learn new ways to manage stress.

What you’ll get

Through our work together, you will gain practical tools and skills for managing the ups and downs of life. You’ll learn mindfulness-based strategies for enhancing your own well-being and your relationships with others.

As a result of our process, you’ll discover more clarity, calm and confidence. You’ll also begin to trust in yourself, knowing that there’s nothing you can’t handle.

Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom”.
