I specialize in helping people find holistic approaches to mental and emotional health. I often work with high-achieving, perfectionistic people who are looking to attain more balance and learn new ways to manage stress.

I have been a therapist in private practice for the last six years.
I primarily work with anxiety, depression, and self-esteem but have also supported clients through relationship and dating difficulties, body image issues and life transitions.
I began studying Counseling and Hypnotherapy in 2008. I graduated with my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from CU Denver in 2015. Additionally, I have pursued training and certification in yoga, reiki, and Rapid Resolution Therapy for Trauma.
I have taught workshops on the Psychology of Yoga and led Yoga for Emotional Health groups across Denver.
I also served on the board of the Redwood Empire California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
