Hello and welcome! I am so glad you found me.

I support clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. With over 10 years of experience, I’ve worked with a wide range of concerns that come up in therapy.

Together, we’ll uncover the root of what’s holding you back and explore what you need to move forward. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance and compassion as you create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling. I take a holistic approach that reinforces lasting growth and change.

What You'll Gain in Therapy

Looking for ways to manage stress and overwhelm?

Through therapy, you’ll gain practical tools to strengthen your resilience and improve your day-to-day life. We’ll explore mindfulness-based strategies to help you feel grounded and handle difficult thoughts and feelings with more ease, so they have less power over you.

Want to build stronger relationships?

Healthy communication is at the heart of every successful relationship—whether with a partner, family member, friend, or colleague. When communication breaks down, it can leave us feeling misunderstood, disconnected, or stuck in repeating patterns.

In therapy, we’ll explore the ways you currently communicate and identify what’s working—and what’s getting in the way. I’ll help you build effective strategies to express yourself more clearly, listen with empathy, and navigate conflict with greater ease. Together, we’ll practice tools that foster mutual understanding, respect, and connection.

My goal is to help you feel more confident and supported in your relationships, so you can create stronger, healthier connections that last.

Need help taking action?

Through structured activities, we'll clarify your core values, giving you a clear path to take meaningful action toward what matters most in your life. Our work in session will draw on the latest insights from neuroscience to help rewire your brain for new habits.

In my practice, I utilize:

Acceptance and Commitment-Based Therapy (ACT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Somatic Therapy

Why Mindfulness?

Mindfulness gives us a way to reconnect with ourselves and fully experience each moment. It can deepen self-awareness, nurture more meaningful connections with others, and help us respond with intention rather than react out of habit. At its core, mindfulness is about living with greater presence and choice—empowering us to move toward a life that feels rich, balanced, and deeply meaningful. â€‹
