Practice FAQ's
Do you offer in-person appointments?
I offer appointments both virtually and in-person. Telehealth sessions will be held through a secure, HIPAA compliant video platform. Virtual sessions are available to all California and Colorado residents.

Getting set up is easy. First, you will receive a link to the client portal to fill out all forms and enter your credit card information. Then, you will receive an appointment confirmation with the office address or link to the video meeting.
What does the first session look like?
Our first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about your background and what led you to therapy, and begin to explore what feels most important for you right now. Therapy is a process that unfolds over time, and we’ll build our work together step by step. It’s completely normal to feel a little nervous at the start—I’ll be here to guide and support you through each stage of the journey.
Do you accept insurance?
I am in-network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Colorado, Anthem Blue Cross California, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Blue Shield of California, United Healthcare (Optum), Oscar (Optum) and Oxford (Optum).

What is your cancellation policy?
I require 24 hours advance notice for any missed appointments. Any sessions cancelled in less than 24 hours are subject to the full session fee. Insurance clients will be charged a $100 fee for late cancellations or missed appointments.

You must have a credit card on file to secure the first appointment.
