I’m a psychotherapist with more than 10 years of experience supporting adults in private practice. I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado, Denver, and I am licensed to practice in both Colorado and California. In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I have advanced training in yoga, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, and rapid resolution therapy for trauma.

Service and volunteer work have always been close to my heart. Early in my career, I served as a Victim Advocate with the Safehouse Progressive Alliance for Nonviolence. I’ve also taught trauma-informed yoga for formerly homeless parents and fire survivors, offering tools for healing and resilience. After the Tubbs Fire, I completed disaster response training to better support the mental health needs of those affected. My work has also included leading workshops and groups on the Psychology of Yoga and Yoga for Emotional Health.

I’ve also been active in the professional community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Redwood Empire California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (RECAMFT).
My Story
My path into therapy started with exploring holistic approaches to healing the mind and body. Through extensive training in psychology, hypnotherapy, yoga, and mindfulness, I’ve seen how these modalities can support recovery from anxiety, depression, and trauma. These experiences deepened my understanding of the powerful role therapy plays in healing and strengthened my commitment to walking alongside others on their journeys.
I truly believe that everyone has the ability to grow and create meaningful change. Watching clients build confidence or discover a sense of peace is what makes this work so fulfilling for me. It would be a privilege to be part of your journey.
Outside the office, you’ll often find me hiking, biking, or enjoying good food with my family.
