I’m a psychotherapist with more than 10 years of experience supporting adults in private practice. I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado, Denver, and I am licensed to practice in both Colorado and California. In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I have advanced training in yoga, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, and rapid resolution therapy for trauma.

Service and volunteer work have always been close to my heart. Early in my career, I served as a Victim Advocate with the Safehouse Progressive Alliance for Nonviolence. I’ve also taught trauma-informed yoga for formerly homeless parents and fire survivors, offering tools for healing and resilience. After the Tubbs Fire, I completed disaster response training to better support the mental health needs of those affected. My work has also included leading workshops and groups on the Psychology of Yoga and Yoga for Emotional Health.

I’ve also been active in the professional community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Redwood Empire California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (RECAMFT).
My Story
My own journey with anxiety and depression in my teens and early twenties led me to explore holistic ways of healing. Through yoga, movement, and meditation, I discovered practices that brought my mind and body back into balance—and truly transformed my life. Following that path, I began leading groups and workshops on the Psychology of Yoga and Yoga for Emotional Health, always with a trauma-informed approach. Sharing these practices with others has been one of the most meaningful parts of my work, and I feel honored to witness the incredible growth that can happen with courage and trust.
In therapy, I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can show up just as you are. My hope is that you’ll feel safe, supported, and empowered on your journey of healing and growth.
Outside the office, you’ll often find me hiking, biking, or enjoying good food with my family.
